All properties come directly from verified and registered owners or project developers. There are co-mandates with selected brokerage companies.

Acquirepad offers properties for professional portfolios: Residential, mixed-use, offices, retail, healthcare, industrial, logistics and hotels worth €2.9 billion. The offering comprises 40% existing properties, 40% development projects and 20% land. Portfolios can also be traded.

Each investor is manually checked and approved. Sellers select potential buyers from a suggested shortlist. Only approved buyers can view teasers or investment memos, which guarantees the highest level of confidentiality. Buyer profiles are private and only visible to the respective investor, which ensures discretion at all levels - from funds to capital sources to family offices.
